How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within a specified period. Please contact us to initiate the process. We will send you a shipping label by email, which you can print out. With this label, you can return the goods to us without additional shipping charges. After we receive and process your return, the purchase amount will be refunded accordingly. Please note that there may be delays during busy seasons due to a high volume of orders.
Do not send a return at your own expense without prior agreement. If you do, it becomes difficult for us to match the package to your order and customer account, which significantly extends the processing time for returns. When packing your return, please ensure the item is sent back in its original packaging and placed inside an additional shipping box, so that it arrives in good condition.
Who bears the shipping costs of a return?
We bear the return shipping costs. You will receive a return label that allows you to send your order back quickly and free of shipping charges. Please contact us regarding this.
What happens if I have received defective goods?
If, despite all care taken in packing your order, you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service.
